Every class is 25 minutes long, and our courses are designed to be flexible and can be used on a smartphone, PC computer/laptop, or tablet. The courses provide access to 15 classes a week, a total of 60 classes monthly. It is necessary to take at least four hours of class a week which are 8 classes. The maximum is 6 hours a week which are 15 classes. If you take less than 8 classes, or 4 hours a week, then the progress will be harder to notice.
كل حصة مدتها 25 دقيقة و صممت لتكون مرنة: يمكن أخذها عن طريق الهاتف الذكى، الحاسب الألى او اللاب توب أو التابلت. الدورة تتكون من 15 حصة فى الأسبوع أو 8 حصص. الحد الأقصى هوا 6 ساعات فى الأسبوع/15 حصة. أذا اخذت أقل من 8 حصص أو 4 ساعات فى الأسبوع ملاحظة التقدم ستزداد صعوبة.
